Let’s discuss your project
YOUR BUSINESS

The same knowledge.
New possibilities.

Three domains that turn your content into practical value.
The workflows below illustrate configurations to be designed around your needs.

01 / Documentation & heritage

Find knowledge. Preserve its value.

Give your collections a lasting structure, from media libraries to documentary heritage. Make every resource identifiable, accessible and reusable.

  • Document and media collections
  • Metadata and business vocabulary
  • Search and terms of use

ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW

« How can we unlock value from a diverse document collection? »

01 · Start with an exhibition theme

A documentalist is preparing an exhibition about the history of a place. She explores photographs, plans and digitised archives, even when the collections use different vocabularies.

02 · Reconstruct each item’s context

She connects documents by place, date, creator or event. Each item remains linked to its catalogue record and source; missing information is flagged for verification.

03 · Check what can be published

Before selecting an image for the catalogue or website, she checks its rights, credits and usage restrictions. An uncertain status requires validation, rather than implied permission.

04 · Build a documented selection

She gathers the selected items with their catalogue records, credits and reuse conditions. The curator has a contextualised collection to help prepare interpretive content.

A practical example to help you envision a journey tailored to your teams and goals.

A well-described resource remains useful over time.

01

At intake

Identify formats, duplicates and available metadata. Define the classification scheme and required fields before enriching the collection.

02

In the repository

Link authors, dates, subjects, collections, versions and reuse conditions. Preserve a business description that goes beyond simple visual recognition.

03

When browsing

Combine collection navigation, document filters and natural-language search. Return to the source to examine the document and its context.

04

Over time

Organise approval of enrichment, updates and removals. Define file and metadata exports to preserve portability.

Scoping starts with these questions: Which collections? Which vocabularies? Which permissions? Which audiences and search criteria?

02 / Brand & marketing

A consistent brand. Everywhere.

Bring your assets, brand guidelines and teams together. From a Brand Center to campaign preparation, design a workflow that fits your organisation.

  • Brand Center and partner portals
  • Campaign kits and content
  • Search and writing assistance

« How can we connect brand content and AI assistants? »

01 · Give the assistant a brief

A team is preparing an offer launch in France. It specifies the audience, channels, timing and brand voice to guide the search within the Brand Center.

02 · Select authorised assets

The assistant helps connect approved visuals, offer information and brand guidelines. The selection accounts for access rights and usage conditions for the intended territory and channels.

03 · Prepare a campaign kit

The team assembles a selection for the web, email and social media. AI can suggest copy based on the selected sources; the texts remain drafts for review.

04 · Approve before sharing

The owners review the messages, visuals and compliance with brand guidelines. The approved kit is then made available to teams and partners according to their permissions.

A practical example to help you envision a journey tailored to your teams and goals.

An asset, its rules, then a campaign workflow.

01

The brief

Define the objective, target audience, territory, channels and distribution period. This context guides resource selection and editorial suggestions.

02

Selection

Find relevant images and documents, check their versions and usage conditions, then build a shared kit according to the defined permissions.

03

Preparation

Connect the kit with brand guidelines. Design writing assistance and formatting tools suited to the teams’ work.

04

Distribution

Approve content before publication. Define exchanges with the CMS or other channels, specifying update and removal rules.

Scoping starts with these questions: Who creates? Who approves? Which guidelines and territories? Where should content be distributed?

03 / Industry & operations

The right knowledge. Where it is needed.

Connect instructions, standards and media to their operational context. Help teams find the version that applies to their site, product or workstation.

  • Procedures and work instructions
  • Quality, maintenance and safety
  • Contextual knowledge for the shop floor

ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW

« How can we make documentation useful to operators? »

01 · Identify the workstation context

Before a production changeover, an operator specifies the site, line, equipment and product reference. This context helps target documentation relevant to the operation.

02 · Find the applicable instruction

The operator accesses the procedure for that configuration, with its version, date and approval status. Obsolete documents or instructions for another variant must not guide the work.

03 · Review the task and its checks

From the workstation interface, the operator reviews the procedure, visuals and checkpoints. A question to the assistant must refer back to passages in approved sources, without inventing instructions.

04 · Escalate an ambiguity

If an instruction is missing or does not match the situation, the operator contacts the quality or maintenance lead. Field feedback informs document revisions, which require approval by the relevant experts.

Operational instructions must come from approved sources. AI does not replace business validation.

Documentation gains meaning through operations.

01

Context

Link content to the site, line, workstation, product and variant. The applicable procedure depends on these relationships, not just its title.

02

Validity

Identify the approved version, its effective date and status. A superseded instruction must not be confused with an active one.

03

Shop-floor access

Bring instructions, demonstration media and the associated standard together in a clear workflow. Adapt the interface to equipment and workstation constraints.

04

Assistance

An assistant can point to approved sources. It must flag missing information and must not improvise instructions or replace quality or safety approval.

Scoping starts with these questions: Which source is authoritative? Which variants? Who approves? Which equipment and shop-floor access constraints?
